BizMonda exists to compare B2B services and software. There’s only one requirement: the provider must be verified. Whether your looking for a payroll company, collections agency or even an accounting firm there’s nothing but a website and hope. We verify these providers and display them side by side with each other. Along with software so you have all your options.
One place to compare the software and the firms.
There are many sites that will compare software to other software. None of them will include a service provider and most service directory sites will not include software. When searching for a payroll solution you’ll find yourself looking at 2 different sites. All categories on BizMonda contain both and each provider is verified.

Nobody gets listed on their word alone.
All providers on BizMonda have either one of two badges. These badges are awarded by facts and verified each year. If a provider does not maintain the requirements their badge will be removed.
Automatic checks and a manual review
Once a company passes our auto verification process and meets the requirements of our manual review they will be awarded the Verified badge. All companies on BizMonda have at least this.
A deeper review by our research team
When a company requests Verified Plus our research team will further review that company. Looking through corporate information, licenses and public records. Ensuring that the website and location are the companies.
Badges expire, so we check again
Business’s get acquired and licenses expire. We want to make sure what’s being displayed is accurate today. Which is why we re-verify each company every year.
Providers pay for verification, never for a verdict.
BizMonda will always be free for those looking to buy. Businesses will pay to be verified and offer additional packages. We want to be transparent with what those are. Not one of them will impact your ranking. Rankings are based on our BizMonda Score and can’t be influenced by any paid feature.
Verification fees
Verified Providers. Businesses will provide information to us. Once that information has been reviewed by our team and they’ve met the requirements they will pay to be verified. This allows us to know they are who they say they are.
Verified Plus + Review
Additional Paid Features. Businesses can pay to have their information further reviewed by our research team. As well as have their own review page. There are three levels of recommendation that our research team can award: Recommended, Highly Recommended or BizMonda Shortlisted. This will not affect your score and is ranked by our BizMonda Score. Just as if you were a Verified Provider.
Sponsored listings
Sponsored. The only way to be displayed higher then your current ranking. These are marked as Sponsored and can only be obtained by reaching a certain score.
Editorial listings
We wanted to have some companies in each category when we started BizMonda. We took highly rated companies from Google Business Profile and allowed them to be listed for free. They are still subject to our requirements and have the Verified badge.

Four rules we don’t bend.
We don’t list a provider we haven’t verified.
No matter if a company is paying us, free or in between. They will always have to be verified. If we can’t confirm a business we won’t list them.
We don’t sell badges, rankings or recommendations.
Not meeting our requirements. Will result in a provider not having a badge. Paying BizMonda will not increase your score or your ranking. It also will not affect your recommendation level.
We don’t pretend verification means quality.
Being verified means that the company is who they say they are. It does not guarantee that they will provide good service to your business. That’s what our rankings are for. We fix what we get wrong.
Each company will be researched at least once a year. If you believe we have incorrect information please reach out to us with the information you believe is correct.
